Sony Mathew
Sony Mathew is a Faculty Research Assistant at the Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE) in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the University of Maryland, College Park, MD. He completed his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland, in May 2005. His research areas include reliability of electronic products, tin whisker phenomenon and prognostics and health management of electronics He is also pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from A James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland. He has Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (1997) and Masters of Business Administration (1999) degrees from Pune University, India.
