the CALCE core project C96-17 made during October, 1996

Objectives
- Compile and derive information on thermal influence on electrical
performance
- Identify and classify the sources of uncertainties in thermal
analysis and find their individual and cumulative effects on
estimated thermal profile
- Define the required accuracy level in thermal analysis for
maintaining performance within design limits
