The BMP Center of Excellence has released a report on CALCE Electronic Product and Systems Center's (EPSC) best practices. All of the practices exemplified in the report have been recognized as among the best in industry and government. The report placed very high marks on the Center's:

• Root-Cause Analysis
• Electronic Parts Obsolescence Forecasting
• High Temperature Electronics Design for Reliability Methodologies and Software
• Manufacturing Cost Modeling
