CALCE researchers have been awarded best paper at the 62nd Meeting of the Society for Machinery Failure Prevention Technology. The paper, "Prognostics of Electronics under Vibration Using Acceleration Sensors ", written by research assistant Jie Gu, Prof. Donald Barker, and Prof. Pecht, was presented at the 62nd Meeting of the Society for Machinery Failure Prevention Technology which was held May 6-8, 2008 in Virgina Beach, Virgina. The paper highlights one of the many Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) activities being conducted at CALCE.
